Job Highlights

  • Oversee human resources duties, including but not limited to employment, evaluation, promotion, transfer, termination, and reduction-in-force processes for District personnel
  • Lead negotiator for the District 
  • Serves as Committee Chair for various committees
  • Supervises and directs leave of absences and interactive process 
  • Oversee all recruitment and EEO policies
  • Reviews legislation, code, policies, and procedures related to personnel administration
  • Supervises development and maintenance of the department budget
  • Serves as District Title IX Coordinator
  • Competitive starting salary of $140,002 annually

  • Interviews  

    Interviews for selected candidates will take place on either November 21st and 22nd. 

     

  • Second Round Interviews  

    Interviews for candidates who advance to the second round will take place on December 4th. 

     

  • Employment Offer  

    An employment offer will made to the selected candidate after the second round of interviews and reference checks have been completed. 

     

  • MLCCD Board Meeting  

    The selected candidates name will be presented at the December board meeting. 

     

  • Start Date  

    The anticipated start date for this position is January 1, 2025.
